Called in sick today if I wanted to survive my busy ass weekend. So busy. So so so busy. Too busy. So far I've made 2 recipes from the Wheat Belly book: The Apple Banana "Bread", and the Spiced Pumpkin Muffins. SOOOO GOOOD!!!!!!! Can't even tell the muffins are gluten free. Great quick breakfast foods. Yuummmmm....
